The Five Twelve Ninety Creator Program is about collaboration, storytelling, and purpose. Tell us what drives your creativity and what inspires your world. Step 2 – The Program As a Creator, you’ll co-design a limited-edition candle inspired by your energy and community. Each collection gives back with 15% of profits donated to communities in need. Step 3 – Your Next Step Before we begin designing, complete the questionnaire below. Think of it as a conversation, we’re learning your vibe, your scent memories, and the emotion you want to evoke. Step 4 – Partnership Once we receive your responses, we’ll send a short one-page agreement outlining your commission, timeline, and content expectations. Step 5 – Timeline From concept to candle launch, the process typically takes 4–6 weeks. You’ll create 3–5 pieces of content that express your candle’s story.
